Job summary

Speyhawk Limited seeks a Chartered Project Manager to lead a prime residential project in central London. You will oversee contractors and specialist trades, ensuring design integrity, budget control and timely delivery, with MRICS PM preferred and a construction background.

The role mixes office-based work with site presence, including chairing progress meetings and coordinating procurement through the development cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in development/project management with consultancy or luxury developer
• Delivery experience on major projects, especially luxury residential or hospitality fit-outs
• Ability to manage project teams internally and externally; strong design/detail focus

Chartered Project Manager | MRICS PM | Boutique Consultancy | Prime Residential London

Salary up to £75,000 plus travel allowance, benefits & bonus

Acting as the clients Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the appointed Contractors and specialist trades on a prime residential dwelling in central London. You will have a strong technical background supported by a formal qualification in construction, ideally (MRICS) or working towards, ideally Construction Management or Architecturally trained, similarly you could be a Quantity Surveyor with proven Project Management experience.

Our client, is seeking an ambitious Project Manager capable of dealing with all aspects of the development cycle to include design, budget appraisals, procurement and monitoring program. Whilst the role is predominantly office based you will still have a physical presence on site and attend/chair progress meetings when required.

• Development/Project Management experience gained with a consultancy or luxury developer


• Major Projects experience with delivery experience, in particular fit out of luxury residential or hospitality project


• The ability to manage project teams effectively both internal and external


• Commercially astute with a keen eye for design and detail
