Job summary

Reporting to an experienced Project Director, as construction Project Manager you'll lead a team of 3-4 Site Managers, taking ownership of programme, quality, safety and client relationships from start to finish.

There will be the usual challenges... A programme to protect. Clients with exceptionally high standards. The odd curveball that wasn't on last week's drawings.But you'll also have the time, support and backing to deliver the project properly - not just as quickly as possible.

• Are a Construction Project Manager that has delivered projects around the £20m+ mark for a principal contractor.
• Enjoy developing Site Managers rather than simply managing them.
• Care about quality as much as programme.
• Stay calm when everyone else decides today's emergency is somehow your emergency.
• Have experience of refurbishment, heritage or high-end construction.
