Job summary

Arcona Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a £25m New Build Commercial Project in the UK. You will own the programme, budget, client management and on-site leadership from mobilisation to handover.

You will drive HSE culture, coordinate design, manage subcontractors, procurement and reporting, and deliver updates to senior leadership. This role requires strong leadership and a track record delivering complex commercial builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget and quality targets
• Manage all site operations, subcontractors, logistics and sequencing
• Drive health & safety culture and ensure compliance across all work packages
• Work closely with commercial teams on procurement, cost control, change management and reporting
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing clear communication and progress updates
• Chair progress meetings, manage design coordination and resolve technical issues
• Lead and mentor site teams, ensuring high performance and collaborative working
• Deliver structured reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders

Our client is a leading main contractor delivering complex commercial projects across the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of a £25m New Build Commercial Project overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

You will hold full responsibility for programme, commercial performance, client management and on‑site leadership.
