To further their global reach, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager who is fluent in Japanese and English to join their growing team.

Role Overview:
As a Japanese-Speaking Project Manager, you will be the key liaison between clients, influencers, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee influencer campaigns, ensuring that all content aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines. You will need to have a strong understanding of local social trends, be adept at managing multiple projects, and possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Act as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking influencers, agents, and clients, facilitating smooth communication and understanding between all parties.
• Conduct in-depth research on local social trends and influencers, ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant and impactful.
• Brief influencers on campaign objectives, expectations, and deliverables. Ensure that all content meets the standards outlined in the brief and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Evaluate influencer content to ensure it aligns with approved concepts, client feedback, and brand guidelines. Identify potential risks related to brand representation.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction with the campaign's progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in influencer marketing would be advantageous
• Strong understanding of social media trends and the influencer landscape.
• Ability to review and critique content with a keen eye for detail and brand alignment.
• Experience in briefing and managing influencers, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
