A leading City based asset-backed securities firm is expanding its physical property portfolio and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee their development and refurbishment projects.

With a large budget for assets you will be actively involved with the investment team in the bidding and acquisition of buildings as well as taking charge of the refurbishment of their own building in the City.
