We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Asset Manager to join our high-growth team and help maximise value across our expanding PBSA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and deliver asset-level business plans to drive performance and value
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including operators, consultants, and investors
• Support acquisition due diligence, investor reporting, and value-add strategies
• Embed ESG initiatives and maintain brand standards across assets
