Oyster are working with a market-leading developer, operator, and asset manager of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) across the UK. Backed by major institutional investors and operating through its wholly owned platform they are at the forefront of the sector's evolution.

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded Asset Manager to join our high-growth team and help maximise value across our expanding PBSA portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and deliver asset-level business plans to drive performance and value
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including operators, consultants, and investors
• Support acquisition due diligence, investor reporting, and value-add strategies
• Embed ESG initiatives and maintain brand standards across assets

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience in asset management, ideally in PBSA or operational real estate
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach
