The Opportunity
Finatal is working with a leading established global private investor looking for an experienced individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is an incredibly sought after opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a blue-chip fund that offers unparalleled exposure across the capital structure compared with traditional infrastructure funds.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of fundraising project management and prepare due diligence materials for Infra Strategies.
- Drive the preparation of marketing presentations and fund documentation.
- Work closely with the head of the team and oversee junior team members.
- Conduct market analysis and research.
- Assist in new product development and launches.
- Prepare for investor meetings and respond to data requests.
- Manage intra-fundraising tasks such as valuation presentations, AGMs, LPABs, and LP monitoring.
- Build relationships with the Infrastructure investment team and integrate the Infrastructure function into the CPS project management team.
- Monitor and update investor information and fundraising efforts.
- Support senior relationship managers.
Requirements
- 4+ years Infrastructure experience (Senior Associate) / 6+ years (VP).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficient with Excel; modeling skills preferred.
- Ability to conduct research, solve problems, and learn quickly.
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience in creating high-quality presentations and materials.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently and in small teams with responsibility.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
- Work well under pressure with senior personnel.
- Experience in analyst programs at leading investment banks.
- Educational background from a top-tier institution.
