Job summary

CO Home Improvements is seeking Conservatory Installers to support our growing North of England network. This customer-facing role involves surveying, planning, and installation support for conservatories, orangeries, and extensions.

You will work to ensure accurate measurements, clear customer communication, and high standards of service throughout the project lifecycle. We welcome applications from both employed and self-employed candidates who bring experience with conservatories and windows,

Qualifications

• Experience fitting conservatories, orangeries and extensions.
• Ultraframe experience would be a benefit.
• MTC card or the ability to achieve MTC.
• Full driving license.
• Relevant liability insurance.
• Ability to deliver a fantastic level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate surveys of windows and doors, ensuring precise measurements and specifications.
• Maintain an up-to-date survey calendar and attend all scheduled appointments.
• Confirm project details with customers and provide expert advice on solutions.
• Identify and document necessary design improvements while maintaining sales integrity.
• Complete all survey documentation, including photos and variation orders, within deadlines.
• Ensure customers fully understand their agreed specifications.
• Submit planning applications and liaise with third-party suppliers and inspectors as needed.
• Attend installations to support project success and meet customer expectations.
