Job summary

Allelys is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects from award through to successful delivery, ensuring safety, programme adherence and budget control. The role focuses on liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to drive efficient project execution and maintain Allelys’ reputation for safe, reliable delivery.

You will coordinate permits, RAMS and site activities while managing costs and communicating progress to the Head of Project Delivery and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects in specialist transport, heavy haulage or heavy lifting.
• Strong communication with customers, suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercial awareness of budgets, variations and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from award to completion within budgets, programme and RAMS requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during the execution phase and communicate promptly.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, site visits, permits and RAMS documentation.
• Attend and facilitate customer/site visits, ensuring accurate information is recorded for project execution.
• Prepare and present monthly project financial assessments and forecasts to leadership.
• Maintain high standards of HSEQ, safety and customer service throughout delivery.
