Job summary

RTL Group Ltd in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Groundworks Project Manager to oversee a commercial groundworks package in Walsall. You will manage day-to-day delivery, coordinate site teams, and ensure works progress safely and to programme.

This role offers a 3-5 month initial package with immediate interviews and a Monday start; strong client-facing and IT skills are essential, with SMSTS and CSCS Black Card preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks.
• Strong background working for a groundworks subcontractor.
• Commercial groundworks experience.
• Confident and professional in a client-facing role.
• Strong IT literacy and comfortable using project management systems.
• SMSTS and CSCS Black Card or equivalent tickets.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established groundworks subcontractor on a commercial groundworks package in Walsall.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking for a 3 5 month package, with further guaranteed work available in the local area for the right candidate. The client is looking to interview ASAP, with a Monday start available.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the groundworks package, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. The role will also involve regular client meetings, so the successful candidate must be confident and professional in a client-facing environment.
