Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering social housing planned works projects.
• Background in K&B, EICR, structural repairs, planned maintenance, or retrofit programmes.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple planned works projects across West London; Lead site teams and subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets.
• Build strong client and resident relationships; Monitor project performance, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements; Drive customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Deliver Kitchen & Bathroom programmes, EICR and electrical improvement works, structural repairs and refurbishment projects, planned maintenance frameworks, and SHF and retrofit programmes.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
