Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Façade Manager to lead the delivery of multiple façade packages on a major project. The role requires coordinating specialist subcontractors, driving programme and quality outcomes, and ensuring safety across all façade activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Façade Manager on major construction projects.
• Experience with Tier 1 Main Contractors is essential.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of five façade packages valued up to £7m.
• Co-ordinating façade subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
• Monitoring installation quality and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Managing interface coordination between façade, structure and internal fit-out teams.
• Reviewing technical drawings, design information and installation methodologies.
• Conducting inspections and quality assurance checks throughout the installation process.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across all façade-related activities.
• Reporting progress, risks and programme updates to the senior project team.
