Job summary

Invinity Energy Systems plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing projects from inception to close in the UK, including Bathgate operations. You will manage scope, timeline and budget while coordinating with internal teams and external customers to ensure successful delivery of energy storage initiatives.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, financial acumen, and clear communication.

Qualifications

2+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical, industrial, energy, or construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts and reporting.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships.
Lead project execution from initiation to close.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules in collaboration with stakeholders and monitor milestones.
Monitor project financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports highlighting schedule, budget, risks and decisions.
