Job summary

Qualifications

• Experienced in maintenance planning for electrical or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities across a global asset base.
• Formal training in electrical or mechanical systems, or minimum of two years' relevant experience.
• Ability to produce thorough service reports and procedures.
• Experience using maintenance planning tools or CMMS/MMS.
• Project management or task-coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills; polite and tactful with customers and contractors.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance plans and schedules integrating customer and company goals.
• Coordinate plans with project managers, other departments, and customers.
• Raise work orders and ensure resources are available for safe work.
• Liaise with Logistics to coordinate shipping, customs, site delivery.
• Develop site/service reports after visits and monthly status reports.
• Manage global spares pool and optimise sparing levels.
• Manage RMA process and disposition of returned materials.
• Maintain tools/equipment and calibration; develop new tools as needed.
• Monitor asset performance with MMS to guide preventive maintenance.
• Investigate MMS issues and manage corrective actions to completion.
• Ensure maintenance records are accurate in MMS.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Create/maintain maintenance procedures and budgets/quotations.
• Ensure RAMS and regulatory obligations are met; support planning and reporting.
