Job summary

Rapid Fusion is seeking a Project Manager to own customer and internal projects from bid through long-term support. You will design and roll out a compliant project framework aligned with ISO 9001 and the needs of aerospace and defence customers, with a clear path to establishing a PMO and leading a project management team.

The role is based onsite in Exeter, UK, with travel to customer facilities and across our fast-moving UK technology business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects end-to-end.
• Ability to design and implement project lifecycle and PMO.
• Eligibility for UK security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer projects end to end from bid to through-life support.
• Lead internal projects to scale facilities, systems and processes.
• Build a compliant project lifecycle aligned to ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Grow the function into a PMO and recruit a project management team.
