Redline Group is seeking an experienced Contract Operations Project Manager to support an aerospace and defence electronics manufacturer in Berkshire. You will manage projects from FAI through production to EOL, ensuring on-time delivery and successful manufacturing transfers.

Essentials include FAI, supplier management and DO-254/DO-178 or DAL A knowledge, plus obsolescence and lifecycle management across engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

Formación

• Aerospace or defence project management experience.
• Manufacturing transfer / outsourcing experience - essential.
• EN9100 aerospace quality standards - essential.
• Experience with FAI, production and supplier management.
• Understanding of electronics or avionics manufacturing.
• Obsolescence and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of DO-254, DO-178 or DAL A.

Responsabilidades

• Manage production ramp-up, FAI and serial manufacturing.
• Lead manufacturing transfers to external suppliers.
• Monitor supplier quality, cost and delivery performance.
• Manage obsolescence and supply chain risks.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
