Job summary

A leading aerospace and project management firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical project within their Flight and Integration Test Centre in Filton, UK. This role involves defining project governance, leading execution, and managing risks while ensuring delivery on time and budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong engineering background, PMI certification, and excellent interpersonal skills in a transnational team environment, with a salary of up to £45 per hour. This is a contract role with 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis.

Job description

Location: Filton (60% onsite, flexible for additional days depending on project needs)

Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am – 7pm)

Rate: £45.00 per hour (Umbrella) / £33.64 per hour (PAYE)

IR35: Inside of IR35

Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Our Client)

About the Role

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical project within their Flight and Integration Test Centre. You will be responsible for the development of a control room to monitor lab test means, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role sits within a transnational team operating across multiple sites and countries, requiring strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
