Job summary

Scitech-EKIUM, a leading engineering consultancy, seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end design and construction projects for regulated life sciences sectors. You will manage scope, programme, cost, risk and change control while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as the main client interface.

The role is based in Godalming, with regular site visits; a relevant degree and project management qualification are required, and chartership is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in design and construction required.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality systems, programme and cost management, and contractual processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex design and construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.
• Manage scope, programme, cost, risk and change control while chairing project reviews.
• Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across disciplines.
