Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead life science and health projects within the Life Science Real Estate team. You will deliver high-quality project and programme management services for a market-leading client base and may take the lead on immediate commissions and large-scale public health and life sciences initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Project management or Construction Management (preferable).
  • NEC accredited Project Manager (preferable).
  • Member of a chartered institute e.g., RICS or willing to work towards.
  • Knowledge of MMC, Net Zero Carbon and Digital agenda.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals.
  • 5 years' experience in large scale public health and life sciences projects.
  • Experience in master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business cases (desirable).
  • Detailed NEC contract administration experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and secure resources for the project or programme, using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Lead and manage the project or programme team and delegate tasks, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, using effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
  • Ensure the project or programme stays on track and delivers on time and within budget, using relevant project management methodologies and standards.

Job Description

We are looking for Project Managers who have experience in the Life Sciences sector to join our Life Science Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality project and programme management services to our market leading client base. You will also have the opportunity to take the lead on immediate commissions and work on large scale public health and life sciences projects.   • Experience of master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation (desirable)
  • Detailed experience of NEC contract administration (desirable)
