Now Hiring: Design Project Manager

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced Design Project Manager to coordinate the full spectrum of design responsibilities across temporary and permanent building infrastructure at Sizewell C.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of one of Britain's defining clean energy projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage interface between multiple project teams, contractors, and statutory stakeholders
• Co-ordinate designs through various RIBA stages
• Lead the production and review of deliverables, drawings, and design scopes
• Oversee delivery of infrastructure from initial design to contractor award
• Handle contract packages up to £150m and manage matrix delivery teams and external advisors
• Demonstrate leadership on stakeholder coordination, soil stabilisation, permitting, and safety.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with major infrastructure projects, ideally around 20m+
• Strong knowledge of DWG, CEMAR, NEC and/or FIDIC contracts
• Excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
• Familiarity with ONR Licence Conditions, CDM Regulations, and behavioural safety
• Understanding of PWR design and operations
• Practitioner of APM or Prince2 project methodologies

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in engineering, construction, physics, or related discipline
• Chartered status preferred.
• Proven experience delivering design from inception to completion
