Job summary

Head Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager for an 18-month fixed-term CRM transformation programme in Scotland. The role is hybrid, with travel across Scotland as required, and sponsorship is not provided.

You will lead the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to consolidate legacy systems into a single modern CRM platform, enhancing customer experience and reporting.

Qualifications

• ProvenCRM implementation or migration experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong data migration and systems consolidation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills.
• Solid understanding of project governance, risk, and change management.

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a values-driven organisation undergoing significant digital change. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a business-critical project that will consolidate multiple legacy systems into a single modern CRM platform.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from discovery and vendor selection through to implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help create a single source of truth that improves customer experience, operational efficiency, and reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale CRM migration and transformation programme.
