Job summary

Brandon James Ltd in Sevenoaks seeks a Project Manager to join its growing team. You will manage a varied portfolio including residential, mixed-use and regeneration projects, supporting clients from early development through to practical completion.

The role requires at least three years of construction experience within a consultancy, strong stakeholder management, and exposure to JCT contracts. A clear path to chartership and professional development is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction industry experience.
• Experience in a construction consultancy.
• Experience on residential, mixed-use or regeneration projects.
• Good working knowledge of JCT contracts and Employer's Agent duties.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage programmes and monitor project progress.
• Prepare reports and lead meetings.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and clients and other stakeholders.
• Undertake Employer's Agent duties and support through practical completion and defects.

Degree in Project Management / Building Surveying / Construction Management

MRICS / MAPM / MCIOB (or equivalent)
