Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking Project Managers at various levels to join its growing Project & Programme Management team. You will deliver construction projects across public and private sector clients, working with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably within a construction-related discipline.
• Professional membership or progression towards MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project governance.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts and UK procurement routes.
• Knowledge of UK construction Health & Safety and environmental requirements.
• Experience within local or central government projects would be advantageous, particularly across education and residential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and genuine commitment to continued professional development.
• A valid UK driving licence.

The Role
