Brandon James in Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established construction consultancy. You will manage multiple projects across Yorkshire, from feasibility to handover, coordinating clients, consultants and contractors.

The role requires UK consultancy experience, strong client-facing skills and a proactive approach to risk and programme management. The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree and preferably MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB, with a track record of

Qualifications

• UK construction consultancy experience required.
• Experience delivering across multiple RIBA stages.
• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualification or progress toward.
• Degree in PM/Construction/Building Surveying/QS or related.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organisation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Prepare and monitor project programmes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Attend and chair meetings.
• Manage risk registers.
• Support procurement strategies.
• Produce clear client reports.
