A Dundee-based established contractor is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from start to handover. The role involves coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

We are looking for a professional with strong planning and communication skills to manage client meetings and report on project performance.

Formación

• Experience as Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Strong planning and communication abilities.
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS and First Aid desirable.

An established construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects across the Dundee area and surrounding.

This role will involve managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.

• Develop and monitor project programmes

• Oversee site teams and subcontractors

• Control project costs, materials and resources

• Carry out site inspections and monitor quality

• Ensure compliance with H&S and industry regulations

• Attend client and project meetings

About You

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager

• Strong construction background

• Excellent planning and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• CSCS card and full UK driving licence

• SMSTS and First Aid desirable
