Job summary

GS3 Recruitment Glasgow is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Dundee region, overseeing delivery from pre-start to completion on site.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to high health & safety standards. The role requires strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills in a busy contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Strong construction background.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
• SMSTS and First Aid desirable.

An established construction contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects across the Dundee area and surrounding.

This role will involve managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
