Job summary

KBM Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable Main Construction Contractor. The role is based near Tayside with responsibility for site staff and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple projects.

You will oversee large-scale construction programs, guide and motivate the site team, and chair contract meetings, driving health and safety practices and effective risk management. A strong background in construction PM, CSCS, and SMSTS is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable project management experience in construction.
• CSCS Card.
• Exceptional communication and motivational skills.
• Strong drive to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaising regularly with the Management Teams.
• Oversee project progress and cost control whilst managing the site team/ sub-contractors.
• Participate and lead meetings including weekly contract meetings, reviews, pre-start, technical and progress meetings.
• Promote health and safety practices.
• Mentor and train staff where required.
• Develop tender programme into a construction programme and determine appropriate construction methods.
• Identify and resolve any construction problems.
• Carry out and oversee site inspections daily.
• Interact with public authorities, local authorities and NHBC, ensuring relevant orders are placed.
• Investigate any delays or accidents, ensuring correct procedures are carried out.
• Make sure labour and materials for site are overseen.

Salary:

• DOE
