Join a Tier 1 Investment Bank on an initial 6-month contract as a Project Manager, supporting a high-profile, multi-year programme. Based in London, you’ll help deliver front-line business controls and ensure compliance with global regulatory and accountability regimes. The ideal candidate will have strong Conduct Risk experience within a Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) environment and a track record of driving strategic risk initiatives across international regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic initiatives across Conduct Risk and Individual Accountability Regimes (IAR)
• Lead Run the Bank and Change the Bank activities within CIB
• Act as a central point for risk and control requirements, including regulatory changes
• Deliver senior-level reporting and present to management and committees
• Support the implementation of the Conduct & Culture Framework globally

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive CIB experience, with a focus on Conduct Risk (front or second line)
• Proven track record delivering strategic and regulatory initiatives
• Strong project management, analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience across both RTB (Run the Bank) and CTB (Change the Bank) environments
• Degree-level education preferred
