Job summary

Mitchell Maguire Limited is seeking a Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out to lead a portfolio of office refurbishment and commercial fit-out projects. You will visit sites, manage from tender through to completion, and prepare health and safety documents.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience in commercial refurbishment, strong communication skills, and proven people leadership. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential to coordinate with clients and internal

Qualifications

• Must have extensive Project Management experience within commercial refurbishment, office fit-out or closely related
• Existing people manager experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

Responsibilities

• Visit sites when required to conduct inspections, and site assessments
• Manage all aspects of the project from tender all the way through to the completion
• Write up health and safety documents for each individual site
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide reports for the project
• Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients
• Maintain good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

• Project Manager position working on a range of commercial refurbishment & fit-out projects
