Rolls-Royce SMR is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery across high-value Programme Directorate projects. You will coordinate scope, schedule, cost, risk and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
The role requires experience managing complex engineering programmes, a relevant degree and PM qualifications (APM PMQ or equivalent). Hybrid working across Derby, Manchester or Warrington is offered with travel as needed.

Our Programme Management team plays a critical role in turning strategy into delivery. Working across complex, high-value programmes, the team coordinates people, processes and priorities to ensure successful outcomes, driving collaboration, innovation and performance across the business.
In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of key projects and work packages across our Programme Directorate, reporting to a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager. This is a pivotal role that will help shape our future through the successful delivery of complex programmes to time, cost and quality.
