Job summary

Kenna Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to work with a key client on cladding and remediation projects across multiple sites on the South Coast. The role is long-term freelance with potential to progress into a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Principal Contractors, be able to assist with design output, and navigate complex remediation packages across site projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing Principal Contractors.
• Experience with cladding packages and remediation projects.
• Ability to travel and manage site-based programmes.

• Travel across the South Coast to multiple sites.
• Manage cladding and remediation projects and stakeholders.
• Assist with design output and coordination across projects.
