Job summary

Kenna Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager to work with a key client on cladding and remediation projects across multiple sites on the South Coast. The role is long-term freelance with potential to progress into a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Principal Contractors, be able to assist with design output, and navigate complex remediation packages across site projects.

Kenna Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager for a key client of ours.

Our client is a Regional PLC Developer who operate across the UK and are now on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to work across a few sites. This is an exciting opportunity that offers long term freelance work and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

The role will require travel across the South Coast from time to time dealing with cladding and remediation projects. The ideal Project Manager will have extensive experience in managing Principal Contractors, assist with design out put, have extensive experience and a good understanding of managing cladding packages and have experience in managing remediation projects as well.
