Job summary

Lawtech Ltd, a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multi-million-pound contracts in London and the wider Southeast. You will lead the project team, manage budgets, coordinate with commercial, design, health & safety and procurement, and ensure delivery to time and budget.

Qualifications

• Technical – HNC or equivalent qualification/experience in construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor the project plan and budget with key departments.
• Line manage block / assistant / site managers.
• Manage site staff to meet productivity, deadlines and budgets.
• Coach and train staff within remit.
• Monitor performance through objectives and action plans.
• Maintain relationships with client staff, funders and stakeholders.
• Own all aspects of works management within remit.
• Coordinate labour and material requirements for timely delivery.
• Develop strategic plan and programme with staff.
• Ensure H&S, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Attend site and management meetings regularly.
