Job summary

• Proven experience delivering cladding or fire safety remediation projects.
• Experience on occupied residential developments or high-rise buildings is advantageous.
• Willingness to manage multiple sites and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and delivery of cladding and fire safety remediation projects
• Managing Site Managers, subcontractors and specialist packages
• Coordinating with commercial, design and technical teams
• Chairing progress meetings and producing regular project reports
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard
• Managing projects through completion, handover and close-out
