Job summary

Prosper Consulting in London is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end residential schemes for UAE & KSA clients on UK properties. Central London (Bank) base with occasional international travel.

You will build strong client relationships, manage projects valued in the £7M–£10M range, and collaborate with international teams. Hybrid working with 1–2 days in the office; 25 days leave; private medical insurance and life assurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally).
• Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end residential projects for UAE & KSA clients in the UK.
• Build excellent client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Deliver projects from outset to completion, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support international travel/relocation when required.

Including, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, Jeddah, Riyadh, Lisbon and other locations across Europe.

The Role: As Project Manager, you will work on various high-end residential projects for high net-worth individuals across London & Surrey.

The contract values of the immediate requirements will range between £7M - £10M. These projects will be for long-standing clients from the UAE & KSA for their UK properties.

Therefore, it is essential that you are able to build excellent client relationships.

International travel/relocation is available to those that are interested in working abroad.

Office Location: Central London (Bank)

Head Count: 300+

Project Sectors: Prime Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed-Use & Sports Stadia

Requirements for the Project Manager:

3+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)

Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
