Job summary

Prosper Consulting in Central London (Soho) is seeking a Project Manager to deliver UK-based construction projects across public and private sectors. You will oversee work through all RIBA stages, with project values ranging from £2.5M to £85M, across London and Hampshire.

The role requires hands-on contract administration experience (JCT/NEC) and MRICS/MCIOB or progression toward these qualifications. The firm offers a competitive salary, 28 days leave, and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally).
• JCT OR NEC Contract Administration.
• Experience working across all RIBA Stages.
• MRICS/MCIOB qualified or ambition to become so.
• Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally).

Responsibilities

• Work across public and private projects throughout all RIBA stages.
• Take lead on contract administration using JCT or NEC frameworks.
• Collaborate on projects located in London and Hampshire.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will work across public and private projects throughout all RIBA stages. Projects range in value from £2.5M to £85M and are located across London and Hampshire.

Requirements for the Project Manager:

2+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
