Job summary

Prosper Consulting in London seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join their central London team. You will support on high-end residential projects for UHNW clients, coordinating with design and construction professionals to ensure delivery on time and to budget.

Ideally you have 3+ years in a UK-based property or construction consultancy and can nurture relationships with UAE & KSA clients for UK properties. International travel is available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with a UK-based property/construction consultancy.
• Experience in one of the listed sectors (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Sports Stadia).

Responsibilities

• Support on high-end residential projects for UHNW clients in London & Surrey.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including UAE & KSA clients' UK properties.
• Coordinate with project teams across sectors to ensure delivery and quality.

The Role:

As Assistant Project Manager, you will work on various high-end residential projects for high net-worth individuals across London & Surrey.

The contract values of the immediate requirements will range between £7M - £10M. These projects will be for long-standing clients from the UAE & KSA for their UK properties.

Therefore, it is essential that you are able to build excellent client relationships.

International travel/relocation is available to those that are interested in working abroad.

Requirements for the Assistant Project Manager:
