Business Change Project Manager - Permanent - London - Up to £90k

We are currently working with a market leading organisation that, due to growth, is looking for 2 experienced Business Change focused Project Managers to join their team. The successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, extensive Business Change & Transformation experience within a technical project environment, and be well-versed in Waterfall methodologies. Role: Business Change Project Manager

Salary: up to £90k (DOE)

Key Skills and Experience:

• Experience with digital transformation programmes, legacy transformation, or continuous improvement programmes
• Business change project management experience is essential
• Knowledge of end-to-end project management lifecycle and principles
• Experience working in a waterfall setting and familiarity with waterfall methodology
• Experience managing end-to-end system projects, including ERP implementation
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes
• Project management certification is desirable

This role focuses on business change and continuous improvement, not technical project management.
