A leading housing association in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the management, development, and control of component replacement and remedial work projects, particularly focused on building and fire safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and proven project management experience in the housing sector, managing budgets over £150K. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with residents are essential.

We have an opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join our Building Services team and take responsibility for the development, management and control of component replacement and remedial work projects, with a strong focus on internal and external building and fire safety. You will also be responsible for the project management of M&E around compliance streams in our buildings and manage all aspects from design and installation to completion and post review of works.
Salary: £58,650 per annum plus opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Hale Village, London N17
