Job summary

Franks Portlock Ltd. is recruiting a Project Manager for our Rosyth office to oversee asbestos management and non-licensed remediation projects. The role requires occasional UK travel and a valid UK driving license.

You will manage resource planning, client relationships, and ensure project financials align with current legislation and company standards. The candidate should hold P402, P403, P404, and P405 qualifications and possess extensive knowledge of asbestos and H&S regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing asbestos projects for local authorities or public sector.
• Proven project management capability and delivery across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos and H&S legislation and guidance.
• UK driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Resource / diary management
• Managing relationships with the client and all relevant stakeholders
• Planning abatements and survey work in accordance with current legislation
• Ensuring financial performance of projects (invoicing)
• Balancing non-fee and site fee earning activities
• Carrying out quotations, risk assessments and method statements
• Assisting Quality Manager with auditing and compliance
• Reviewing and issuing contract reviews
• Conducting monthly client meetings
• Delivering the holiday, pension and wellbeing benefits to staff
