Job summary

DCUK FM, part of the Rentokil Initial Group, is seeking an Experienced Licensed Contracts Manager to oversee licensed and non-licensed asbestos removal projects across the UK. Based in the South or Midlands, with UK-wide travel, you will lead on-site operations, commercial management and pre-construction duties, ensuring full compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing and managing asbestos works.
• Client Account Management experience required.
• Asbestos industry experience essential.
• Driving licence required.
• DBS check may be required depending on role.
• Valid ARCA/ACAD Asbestos Manager qualification.

Responsibilities

• Submit ASB5 notifications.
• Provide quotations for work packages.
• Prepare Plans of Work including risk assessments.
• Plan and resource projects and prepare project programmes.
• Resolve operational and commercial challenges and change.
• Manage competency of asbestos workforce.
• Maintain and manage sites, subcontractors & suppliers.
• Manage asbestos surveyors and analysts as required.
• Ensure health, safety, wellbeing and environmental documents are compliant.
• Undertake senior manager site inspections and address non-conformances.
