Ernest Gordon Recruitment seeks an Asbestos Surveyor (Project Management) in Edinburgh to lead-site surveys and manage projects within the Asbestos and Water Hygiene sector.

The role offers a salary of £35,000–£45,000, training, progression, a company vehicle and hybrid working. You will oversee scoping, planning and compliance alongside the management team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor or similar background.
• Experience with designing the scope of works, budget planning and Asbestos management.
• Must have P402, P403, P404, P405 qualifications and Auto CAD preferrable.
• Commutable to Edinburgh with full UK driving license.

Responsabilités

• Make sure quotations are met and carry out risk assessments.
• Review and issue contracts in which meet deadlines.
• Planning surveys in accordance with CAR (2012).
• Be responsible for Asbestos projects from initiation to sign off.

Are you an Asbestos Surveyor, who wants to lead and manage projects for one of Scotland’s leading companies for the last 20 years in the Asbestos and Water Hygiene industry where you will be in a Monday – Friday days-based role where you can greatly increase your earnings through overtime and paid travel time?

In this role you will be based in Edinburgh. You will be involved with site scoping, planning work, as well as providing advanced support with the management team in maintaining compliance with standards.

This role would suit an Asbestos Surveyor who wants to move into leading and managing teams to carry out projects and surveys.

The Role:
