The Role:

The Exhibitor Manuals Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of GECC and IMCC Exhibitor Manuals for the IEMEA Region. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that Manuals are completed on time and to target dates. The Exhibitor Manuals Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define target dates, develop detailed plans, and drive the implementation of Exhibitor manual solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery:

  • Define scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support scope delivery up to UAT and coordinate bug fixing to ensure fully accepted products prior to customer launch.
  • Develop SME knowledge in overall project delivery to enhance team skills.

Leadership:

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Encourage innovation and empower contributors to suggest improvements.
  • Set direction for contributors, aligning projects with organizational vision.

Stakeholder Communication and Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • Gather feedback and incorporate it into project plans.

Solution Delivery and Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee design, development, and delivery of IMCC/GECC solutions, ensuring they meet requirements.
  • Manage testing, validation, and UAT to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor project performance against KPIs, identify improvements, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Apply lessons learned to future projects.

Governance and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing mid-scale projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA or MS Project.
  • Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments focused on delivering value.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
