Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery across civil, infrastructure and building services projects in the Watford area. You will steer site teams, engage clients and stakeholders, and champion health, safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.

For larger schemes, you’ll oversee multiple projects and shape ongoing success while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Proven technical and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety requirements.
• Experience in construction projects.

Where you'll be responsible for driving safe, successful, and profitable project delivery from start to finish. Leading site teams and working closely with clients and stakeholders, you'll champion health, safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance while ensuring exceptional results on every project.

For larger or more complex schemes, you'll have the opportunity to oversee multiple projects and play a key role in shaping our continued success.

About you

• Proven technical and project management abilities
• Strong organisational and management skills
• Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
• Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and implement safe systems of work
• Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
• Sufficient experience required in construction.
