Job summary

Workshop Recruitment in Havant is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery of multiple engineering projects across the UK. You will coordinate clients, supply chain partners, design teams and operational staff to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires a recognised Project Management qualification, a proactive approach to risk and a willingness to travel with a full UK driving licence. A pool car is provided for travel.

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager in engineering or supervisory environment.
• Recognised Project Management qualification is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
• Create and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate resources, materials and equipment to maximise efficiency.
• Manage project delivery against contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and quality standards are maintained.

£40,000-£50,000 DOE with use of pool car for any travel required

Full-Time | Permanent - 40 hours a week

Are you an experienced Project Manager with an engineering or supervisory background and a strong focus on delivery, quality and customer service?

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation through to completion.
