Job summary

Workshop Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager in Havant to lead multiple projects across the UK. You will own project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. Collaboration with clients, supply chain partners, design teams and operations is key.

You will manage risks and resources, maintain safety and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement. A strong PM background and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Manager experience within an engineering or supervisory environment.
• Recognised Project Management qualification is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, schedules and project risks.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Proactive, adaptable and confident problem-solving approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

£40,000–£50,000 DOE with use of pool car for any travel required

Full-Time | Permanent – 40 hours a week
