White Label Recruitment Ltd in Wakefield is recruiting a Project Manager to join its growing Projects team. You will work hands-on coordinating furniture deliveries and installations across the UK, reporting to a Senior Project Manager and acting as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong organisational skills, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to travel to client sites.

• Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors, ensuring they have all information required for each project.

• Monitor outstanding deliveries, installation issues, and remedial works, following up with relevant teams.
• Support the Senior Project Manager with day-to-day administration and coordination.
• Identify potential problems early and communicate them promptly so solutions can be found.

White Label working with an established Wakefield manufacturer to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing Projects team. The business designs, manufactures, and installs bespoke furniture solutions into facilities across the UK.

Working alongside a Senior Project Manager, you will take a hands‑on role coordinating deliveries and installations across multiple live projects. You will be the key point of contact for customers and internal teams alike, ensuring projects are communicated clearly and run as smoothly as possible. This is a busy, varied, and people‑focused role that will suit someone who thrives on organisation and taking ownership of their work.

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience

Duties of the Project Manager

• Assist with planning and coordinating furniture deliveries and installations across the UK

• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Positive, practical approach to problem‑solving
• Previous experience in project coordination, administration, logistics, or customer service (desirable)
• Background in furniture manufacturing, construction, or interiors (advantageous but not essential)
