Universal Business Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Thetford, Norfolk. This role focuses on FF&E, interiors, fit-out and contract projects across the UK, delivering complex schemes from concept to handover.

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering furniture, fixtures and equipment projects that help transform complex care environments across the UK.
From managing procurement and logistics through to installation and project handover, you’ll be at the centre of every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service, outstanding quality and successful outcomes for our clients.
As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects ranging from £50k to £500k+, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be juggling multiple projects at different stages, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders and making a genuine impact on project success.
Ideally, someone who has proven project management experience within FF&E, furniture, interiors, fit-out, hospitality or contract furniture sectors. We would also consider candidates who are potentially from the Facilities Management sector, or have worked on Refurbishment type projects or similar.

Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Has strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and costs
Builds excellent relationships and communicates confidently with clients and suppliers
Takes ownership, solves problems and stays calm under pressure
Has exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach
Enjoys working in a fast-moving commercial environment where priorities can shift
