Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to oversee delivery of water sector projects across the UK. The role involves coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders to meet schedules, budgets and safety standards.

You'll manage programmes, risks and commercial performance, reporting clearly to key stakeholders while adapting to AMP8 activity and client requirements.

Are you a Project Manager with solid experience working within the UK water sector?

With AMP8 approaching and water companies and their supply chains preparing for a significant increase in project activity, we're speaking with experienced Project Managers who are looking for their next long-term contract opportunity.

We're currently speaking with a number of clients across the water supply chain who are starting to plan their recruitment requirements and build their project delivery teams ahead of the AMP8 investment programme.

We're particularly interested in Project Managers who have experience working for Tier 2 contractors, specialist suppliers, manufacturers or engineering businesses supporting the UK water industry.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing the successful delivery of projects from contract award through to completion.
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, risks and commercial performance.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and client requirements.
• Working closely with engineering, design, procurement and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing clear project reporting and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

We're looking for Project Managers with:

• Solid experience delivering projects within the UK water sector.
• Experience working for a Tier 2 contractor, specialist supplier, manufacturer or engineering business within the water supply chain.
• A strong understanding of project delivery, programme management and commercial performance.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors.
• The ability to take ownership of projects and deliver effectively within demanding timescales.
• A relevant engineering, construction or project management qualification would be advantageous.
